The Liquidity Crisis in the Financial System
I struggled to see a scenario where this turns into a systemic liquidity crisis. I suppose that this is the lesson learned from 2008-2009. As soon as you see signs of stress in the financial system, just flow liquidity into the system and we're good. This is a typical sign that generals and officials, they always fight the last war. They look at the last crisis that they've been a part of, and they use the playbook from that crisis to try and solve this one.
