What Do You Think About Melatonin Supplementation?

Melatonin is a very interesting hormone because we know that almost every animal produces melatonin whether it's day active or night active. Studies have shown that melatonin can help people to reduce this what we call sleep latency so that means when you go to bed and when you really fall asleep the time reduces by seven to 12 minutes. There's no good data showing that it actually helps you with fragmented sleep but there's where some manufacturers have come up with slow release melatonin.
