I think there's one thing that I find important in young professionals also in my team is that they ask a lot of questions. As a young person you want to be intellectually curious, ask questions, be critical. There's a lot you do not know so you better ask those questions. If you look at the Warren Buffet, I still think he's reading books every week. But that goes for most investors. They are gathering data, information, asking these important questions each day.
