I think that we lose sight of who we are as an organization, but also like who our people are. We really try to focus on like, what are the passions our team has and like the personality that they have? And how can we have that kind of shine through? Because our clients are going to be working with those people. If they don't resonate with that kind of messaging and that kind of marketing from our team, when they start to work with us, they're not going to resonate with it either.
