The Power of Consent
We are legion because it kind of feels like it. What we're looking at these days doesn't actually start with those words. The one who has the power to grant consent is the authority, not the one hoping to receive it. We have something in the law in legal tradition in the West that allows those usurpers to turn around and sue you for squatters rights by your own inaction. You were consenting for their presence on your property.
