The Dobbs Decision and the Constitution
I don't think the Supreme Court is done with abortion at any rate. This will not be the last far right act of this judgment that comes before them. The Dobbs ruling left a lot of things up in the air and they're ultimately all going to make their way to the Supreme Court. But this particular case was shaky at best. Even Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mase said this was a hand pick case with a hand pick judge to get a hand picked outcome basically. And we can't have that because it doesn't function for our country. It feels like we are abdicating our responsibility. We need more lawmakers who will protect our freedom, not fight to end it.
