To date, there have been no successful litigations in the united states. There are just three cases on going, one in france, one in hawaii and one in the United States. Even to day pestocites that a prohibited in one country can be legally exported and used in another. It does so because the exporting states favor the economic interests of ther pestisite manufacturers at the expense of the health o f poor farmers and communities the countries of import i've been trying to trace what happened to the lawsuits of cober and mister martinez back in chiraque.
