The only benefits they're really getting from the weight training is the calorie burn, which is hardly anything when you weight train. So it's usually eggs in either ham or prosciutto or something for a meat in the morning. And then it's almost always a salad with chicken or ham or turkey. Deli meat is kind of my go-to. But I listened enough to know that my body weight in grams of protein is what I need to aim for.
