The seven types of rest usually do work, not in tandom, but in conjunction with each other. So you might be doing something physical. But if your someone who gets inspired, let's say, by being outside or at the beach or listening to music or something of that nature then you could be outside on a jog, and you may not need mental rest. You may actually be restored in those moments when you're letting yourself consume the creative beauty around you.
