Symptoms of Mr - Acute M R

The classic murmur of m r is hollow, systalic and best heard over the apex. Up to 50% of patients with moderate to severe m r may have no clinically audible murmur. Presence of decreased level of consciousness, hypotension or modelling suggest hemo dynamic instability. And so detailed physical assessment is key. In the vital signs, make note of extremes of pulse and blood pressure,. General appearance of pallor diapheresis, looking sick are signs of poor tissue profusion, like an acute m r.
