The Supreme Court is set to hear two cases on Section 230 of the Communications Act. One case claims that Twitter violated anti-terrorism laws, while the other involves Google and Tom Nye. CNN's John Sutter says he thinks it looks likeSection 230 will live for another day. The court should be looking at what happens when algorithms elevate content in a way that makes people more likely to watch or see something they might not want to if their site doesn't do so.
