Law isn't about character or politics, it's about actions and intentions. The second biggest factor was written house taking the stand in his own defence. We felt as though we had a witness, a client who could tell his story. He didn't have any damage,. he didn't have prior convictions or never been in trouble. There was obviously a lot of work that went into it. A mock jury were the 12 people did not hear kil's story, he scored much worse than the people who did hear his story. And that made the decision, you know, i don't to say easy, but it made it the right call.
