If you're doing a one rep max squat and you're used to breathing a certain way, that's fine. But with assistance exercises, maybe just with walking, those would be really good places to start. And then when you find yourself getting into the red zone where you're finally like, Oh, I got to breathe through my mouth, slow yourself down. As you do that, as you get better at that, it's going to become a more natural thing to do. So I think people should just die off the dive off the deep end with it.
