The Impact of Miracle Stories on the Church

I'm still hearing people like talk about that story and at least somewhat official capacity because they have the impact on yeah right well that's one of the interesting things about miracle stories. Even if the church comes out and formally states in their history museum or other venues that know this isn't what happened that's going to hit 5% 10% tops of the membership. The rest of them are going to continue to regurgitate the miracle story that they heard and that is meaningful to them Because it's another evidence that John Taylor didn't actually kill Joseph Smith.
