The League Meads to Make a Move

The union wants a 200, forty five million dollar threshold. The league wants a200, fourthor 14 million dollars threshold. This is not a truly, deeply fundamental disagreement on the implementation of an issue. It's just a matter of finding a spot that both sides can live with. And they just aren't going to find that until one of em makes a move.
