The Importance of Racial Identity in a White-Dominated Culture
When she was a young adult living and working in the world between until I was 30, anything about gay. It didn't cross my mind. A black pastor said to me recently, the hardest thing about my job is that I'm the pastor of a church of mostly white people who don't know they're white. Our group think becomes so dangerous. If we don't have contact with a person or a kind of person or a group of people, then we can't see what they see.
