How to Manage Burnout
People who leave with similar or with different themes have similar predilections that are mostly good for them, although not entirely. They're more likely to kind of reframe the stress or burnout from the perspective of other people. One thing that actually really helped them was stop and take time to think through their situation. But there were other things that if you understand yourself really well, it would be good to know some things to try that maybe don't come as nationally to you but will be effective.
