In early october, we reached the point in the united states where more people were getting booster shots than we're getting first doses. And i want to talk about a why? Why is it that the united states got this? Is it just the ability of these countries to pay for the for the goods? Is it about how contracts were negotiated? Was there transparency? was there not a whoever?"
