Integration of Self Organizing Teams

The integration question is actually one of the most interesting questions because, you know, in any organization where you start working with ideas of self organizing teams. And I think we talked about this last time a little bit as well. But you can't avoid that there is a hierarchy there in the organization. It's just going to look different so in the old organization, people up in the food chain higher up the hierarchy are responsible for, well, almost every decision.
