A micro habit could be I don't know right 300 like write down one idea every day for what you want to talk about on your show or record just one episode a week even if you only do five minutes each day. Another one that I hear a lot from my friends is spending less time on social media. What's a simple micro habit you can do for that? You know put your make a promise to yourself I can go on my phone as much as I want throughout the day but I'm going to put it down at 10 p.m.
