Is There a T P in the Electron Transport Chain?

A t p, cynthes at enzime basically shuts down. It doesn't have the building blocks of a d p any more. What ends up happening then is the entire chain backs up so th the electrons cannot flow through the electron transport chain. So essentially what this is showing is that when we have too much a calories or electrons entrte the electron transport channan, i's not progressing as fast as it should.
