The Benefits of a Capstone Program for Pediatric Device Development
Students have this as their capstone project and then they graduate so sometimes these these projects just kind of die at that point. Some get provisional patents there's some that may move into the master's program for further work with even more experienced students in early development stages. You know we're so used to seeing NIH R01 grants and R21 grants but not these SBIR STTR grants. That's where to start getting into we can also apply for NIH funding which supports pediatric device development or any device development with commercial ization grants.
