The real risk is CFIUS says Elon you own each Twitter is a national security risk we need to review you and we might reject you from buying Twitter. I just don't see a hook for CFIUS to do that. So there's going to be a series of people who would have to make a terrible political decision right before midterm elections. And they've access to armed drones with like swords on them that can kill one guy and not the other people in the room so they have cool tools, but not tools you would normally use against the Treasury just because you have them.
