Is There a Bias Against Larger Banks?
SVP: What difference does it make if the bank is larger or smaller? First, we have to decide that. Why is there a bias against a larger bank? They usually have lower interest rates. Our local banks here charge percent more than the New York banks. But I will see the large banks charging more than the small banks. That's my idea where you tell banks what they can do, not what they can't do.
