i interviewed a guy named gregg manke who is a professor of economics at harvard, just like martin feldstein. And he refused to even accept the premise that there was a housing bubble. So i had a kind of watch in b c that i did sell in may of two thousand and four, which turned out to be very close to the peak of the market for that particular area.
