Anchel: The level of violence in the West Bank has been quite low for a number of years now. That's led to some restrictions being eased by Israelis, and one of those measures is turning a blind eye to families trying to make it to the beach. He says they usually are met by fellow Palestinians who are Israeli citizens but also family members or tour operators. Anchel: It's an attempt to here and there find tiny glimmers of a normal life in what is a very abnormal and quite hopeless situation for the Palestinians at large.
