The Repetition of the Engine
The structure is fascinating because we're watching these characters make choices that are so painful. The plot is a bunch of negotiations, a birthday party and a faux pas about a bag and having sex in the room. Just like every season, Greg wants to move up. And ultimately the structure is Greg chooses to let his girl get kicked out of the place because it's more important for him to get the job.
