The only time we see a hologram that good is in Return of the Jedi when they're looking at the plans of the second Death Star on the Mon Calamari shit. In episode 4 we see Leia as a crappy little fuzzy. And even if you're even in the redone one, I believe, like you do see color. It kind of just made it more degraded in the pre-vals. They could have just 2D or something. There's probably like some Chinese knockoff ones in the galaxy that are just like worse and then they don't bother.
