Is Block Chain Technology a Creative Form?

I think that there's been a notable lull in artists really exploring the sot of technology as a creative form. What constitutes a piece of great smart contract art is stuff that is only technically possible using nose tools. And i'm hoping,  that as more and more use cases are found and created, we're going to fine phenomenal works be made that don't even necessarily self identify as art. Somewhere that falls somehing somewhere between art and collectibles and gaming.
