US-China Relations Are a Mess
The missiles used to shoot down the recent offending objects cost over $400,000 each. The shootdowns were ordered, of course, so that no one could claim that Joe Biden was soft on China. When Washington confronted China on certain issues, such as currency manipulation, economic espionage, Beijing would make some effort to address the charges. Today, US-China relations are a mess.
