The Battle Cry of Europe: Strategic Autonomy
In reports released yesterday to the magazine Politico, Mr. Macron said that the most important thing to do in this Cold War two is to avoid choosing a sides. He called it strategic autonomy, quote, strategic autonomy must be the battle cry of Europe because they have tensions between the two superpowers heat up. America really needs our European partners to be with us because if we don't have Europe, who do we have? We're sort of alone.
