Doctor kotlikov postulates that the market is over valued to the point at which it no longer makes sense to just hold the market. If a person does turn to individual stock picking, he recommends reading up on the fundamentals of stocks and equity investing. He recommends doing deep due dil e in order to select any individual stocks that you might carry.
