President Biden signed the IRA into law on August 16th. The act covers a variety of issues, including reforming prescription drug prices and implementing a 15% minimum corporate tax rate. It was lauded by many, but it does come at a cost with some estimates pegging costs at half a trillion dollars or even more. So what is the one year scorecard for the law spring in our panel?
