Is the Word Monetization the Same Definition You Used When We Started the Conversation?

I think Patrick that's another word that I think he uses incorrectly where most consultants say acquisition retention and expansion instead of monetization right. So how do I get my current customers to buy more from me and I personally use the words wind keep and grow. We have to win customers keep customers grow customers but that's really what that third lever is is if I spend money on expansion then I get a 12x return instead of a 2x return or 4x return. That was the other place where I've seen the word monetization it's like so what did you mean when you said theword monetization.
