The housing market works a lot, like the labor market. But basically what you need to remember when we're talking about supply and demand is demand is not a single pool. We don't count for the total market share that Ferrari can get in its sort of war of competition with Lamborghini or whatever. I'm more a Bugatti guy, a Lamborghini works too. That's the beauty of each own,. You know, it's, yeah, sure. And so I'll be setting some prices later on there.
