The Importance of Standards in the Workplace
The ash act, under the general duty clause, has some veiled discussion about the responsibility of the employer to create a afe and healthful work place. A part of the reason for my interest in having this conversation is to try to help folks here in the us. Figure out that this can be done, it's possible. I do believe that standards are a kind of a bridge in the middle.
