Mentoring

When I first started, we didn't have like a team around us yet but you know I really have to credit some of the older analysts here at the firm that kind of took the time of their day to kind of check in on me. My transition from the Academy to the platform has been pretty smooth I would say, having so many like good mentors around me to help me with that. And then I was on my team right now have been through the Academy and they know what it's like to like transition.
