Do You Have a Digital Minimalism?

I think it's to harmonize with the way outlook has a default of either 30 or 60 minutes. So many people create meetings with me that are fall into 30 or 60 minute blocks. In my notepad with each line represents 30 minutes and that's roughly what I'll do for those 30 minutes of whatever I write in the line. Do you also then schedule your shallow work, but I might have a few activities like, Oh, when you have a few spare moments, this is the, I don't know, something that you maybe need to read and update a little bit.
