i hope you enjoy this conversation between me and simanthe clark, especially now. I think we're in such fluid times that it's sok to be, i think we have to make peace with being many things but also re working what the word doctor could mean. And at the moment, work doesn't feel like work. It feels like play. The more that i look for the play, and it feel less like this is the grind that i need to do to pay the bills,. which, you know, is probably a bit of a privilege ecausethere's a lot of people who need to be function way of thinking about work.

On average, most of us will spend one third of our lives at work. That’s a lot of time. But even though we spend so much of our lives at work, according to a 2022 happiness study over one third of Brits are unhappy in their job. Samantha Clarke is a work happiness consultant, author of Love It Or Leave It: How to Be Happy at Work and resident lecturer and facilitator at The School of Life, Simon Sinek's platform and The Guardian who gives masterclasses on career potential, navigating transitions and change, managing stress and anxiety, finding confidence and purpose at work.
