Are You a Good Manager?
i'd love to come bact to two it those points actually. The first on that idea of there being some rules for engagement, perhaps at a team level. How important do you think it is that that code of work, those rules, are co created by the team,. verses imposed by the manager? I think it's ideal if they can be co created. And i've always been sceptical of the utopian view that its holocrasy and everyone has power.
