i never thought i was a morning person. And then in my early thirties, just started to see ethe bliss of waking up early. The secret for me is i had to have the counterbalancing discipline of naps. There' set point, a certain number of quality hours of sleep in a ten day cycle. If your thing is modulating your own creative like i know my best creative time is my morning time.
