Natalia: Russia doesn't need to commit much of actual security presence. It just ne couple of anchors, which it can then amplify with coalitions and global diplomacy. That's what its strategy has been in africa so far. But now also all put on the line by the war in ukraine,. precisely because even private military contract or group wagner that is directly tied to crownlan and is trained by russia. So there is less resource now and less benwith for africa now as well.
