Mat and ih've had some conversations with people about madular construction. Logistically, construction is getting very lean. I think millennials are raising the issue of 'i know some engineer that can do this really quite well' So for all intents and purposes, i really feel that we're going to be a very dynamic industry whose owners are going to be proud of what we do because our ears are open, we're like sponges.
