The person who is able to describe what purpose it is asks the programmer whether than you cot it up in a programming language like gold or, you know, you give enough instructions for the sofwere and another piece of sokwhere to generate the end result too. That's fact, i don't relly know how to ex explain it,. But the i thought the maybe the best way
