We seem to rely on so much me, especially in terms that this is what i've been through. Almost that contract prevents me from living in the now. In order to access it or know yourself, you don't need to reach into your past. Everything else that we add on to that experience limits ourself andnd has to come from and comes from from knowledge. For egos are all the qualities of the body and the mind that we trame all of that remains - but it's liberated from serving this illusory sense of a self.
