Is China and India a Larger Market for Russian Natural Gas to China?

So far it's mostly the us. That has imposed sanctions on oil and gas. Europeans are still continuing to buy a mostly russian gas. Oil is more of an issue in the sense than e very few shipments of oil from russia being received in the west. But china and india serve as a larger market for that oil an in the long rod.
