How to Meditate in a Quiet Place
Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed lying down on your back. Stay completely still and listen to my voice as I guide you through the different stages of consciousness. Your body is supposed to be completely distilled during this meditation. Let go of all thoughts or worries and tension. Allow yourself a moment to become aware of all sensations around you. Sounds. Smells. Temperature. Feel the fabric of your clothes or sheets touching your skin.
