The Future of Speculative Futures
The future is not decided. But I think when we see how dystopian it can really look out there today, it's easy to accept the fact that it's already going to be dark. That we kind of play with the future and see it as this possibility space instead of a predetermined one. So these are tools that can be basically frame of reference for how we all have the ability to imagine our own futures. How do we walk that path together? It's an act of self-discovery in many ways. We're still affected by decisions and processes that are made at different scales. And yet we don't just live with other people who are exactly like us in our communities.
