The Importance of Saunas for Women

Growth hormone is very sensitive to core body temperature. If you sit in a sauna for five or 10 minutes, have a measurable change in your core body temperature as a woman - that augments IGF one and can help with training. I'm a big fan of using saunas for a number of different reasons. We'll get to the ketogenic diet and how I think that needs to be adapted for women.
