You can kind of consider a skill or an action as an ation or an ap on your moble device. An ap could be built for one specific purpose, or like you mentioned, it could do multiple different functions. We've tried to build a broad set of capabilities within c one one so that a municipality could pick and choose which capabilities, or which business systems or data and points they would like to connect to it. And then when users interact with cue and one, it really depends on what city they live in. It uses their location, of where they're using their device to understand their location and which municipality to connect to.
